We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and being involved in projects that benefit the community and showcase incredible structures in Saudi Arabia. Below are a few of the biggest projects that we have been involved in. All of them used CIC products in some capacity.
Khaleej Factory for Natural Stone Co.
Khaleej Factory was established in 1992. The area of the factory is about 25,000 sq.meters and 90% of the area has been allocated to production, with one static block making machine called Colombia 50(made in USA) which has fully automatic block producing, palatalizing and cubing capabilities. The production fleet also includes two Zenith’s 913(made in Germany) and one Badin (made in Italy) egg laying type Machines.
APTC Trading Co.
APTC Trading Co is one of the APTC Group of Companies. APTC Trading was established in 2003 to serve the APTC Group of Companies and be the liaison of the group towards the international business market, as well as to the international companies which are interested to expand their activities in the Saudi Arabian market. APTC Trading is considered the trading arm of APTC Group.
Prainsa Saudi Arabia
Prainsa Saudi Arabia is a company established in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia that specializes in the design and production of pre-cast concrete. The company expertise and technical capacity can cover all areas of the construction market from the claddings or bearing walls. Till the very specialized bridges market where Prainsa can offer unique solutions combining structural behavior with a very good architectural design.

King AbdulAziz International airport
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s General Authority of Civil Aviation launched a venture to expand and modernize Jeddah’s King Abdelaziz International Airport (KAIA), into a regional hub and a multimodal international turntable. The planned expansion of KAIA in Jeddah is designed to increase the annual handling capacity in the new passenger terminal to 30 million passengers, with an ultimate phase capacity of 80 million.
International Islamic Relief Organization
Islamic Relief is a faith-inspired humanitarian and development agency working to save and transform the lives of some of the world’s most vulnerable people. It was established in 1984 and currently work in over 45 countries by assisting individuals, families as well as communities through emergency response and development projects that typically help over 10 million people each year.
The Haramain High-Speed Rail Project
The Haramain High-Speed Rail Project, announced by the Saudi Railway Organization, involves a 450km rail link between Makkah (Mecca) and Madinah. It will also pass through Jeddah and Rabigh in Saudi Arabia. Other components of the project include high-speed trains fitted with the latest equipment and five ultra-modern passenger stations – one in Mecca, two in Jeddah, one at King Abdul Aziz International Airport and one in Madinah.
King Abdullah Sports City
Located in the Northeast of Jeddah province and established by royal decree in 2009 it was completed in 2014. The project is comprised of unique sport facilities with several halls and training grounds that feature modern technologies. This has created quite a shift for the Saudi sporting landscape. The 3 million square meter grounds can host local, regional and international sporting championships that meet FIFA standards.
King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST)
King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) is a new international, graduate-level research university which has been established to drive innovation in science and technology and to support world-class research in areas such as energy as well as the environment. KAUST's new campus is the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's first LEED certified project and the world's largest LEED Platinum project.
Dar al hijra
Dar al hijra is a mega mixed-use project and a part of Saudi Arabia’s 2030 vision. It comprises of residential units, hotels and administrative buildings and is one of the most effective proposed development plans in terms of rehabilitating previously existing facilities that were demolished in the process of the holy Nabawi mosque expansions. It encompasses ministry administrative offices, Omar, tourism and luggage handling management facilities.
Jabal Omar Project
The project is a blend of tradition and innovation which is achieved through preserving the Islamic -particularly Makkah’s- architectural style and infusing it with a touch of modernity. The project offers a distinctive design and luxurious atmosphere that lives up to its holiness. Upon completion, Jabal Omar will include a variety of five- and four-star hotels with the capacity to host up to 36,000 guests annually.
